This specially designed full-day workshop will offer those professionals new to competitive intelligence (CI) a comprehensive introduction to CI.
This workshop will address such questions as:
- What is Competitive Intelligence?
- How do you systematically gather information without overload?
- What primary research do you need?
- How do you get your peers involved in the intelligence process?
- How do you transform information into insights?
The presenter will deliver a working definition of CI and will discuss the issue of ethics in CI. Attendees will learn what primary and secondary resources are available and the techniques necessary to access them. You will also learn how to manage data effectively once it has been collected and how to turn that data into insights for executives.
