MindShifts is dedicated to educating and training Competitive Intelligence (CI) managers, practitioners, students and organisations in better understanding and utilising the skills necessary for CI.

In House Workshops - Tailored Training
MindShifts offers tailored in-house training on request.
Courses can be tailored to specific requirements and objectives. All you have to do is provide us with the requirements of your organization, and background of your CI activities, and we will develop and design a program around your specifications.
We offer two tailoring solutions:
- We will use the standard MindShifts programs and tailor these specifically to your needs and industry, using case studies from your industry, and incorporating your corporate terminology and processes into training documentation, or
- We can design and develop courses for your specific requirements.
Examples of tailored in-house training we have delivered include:
- War Games
- Industry specific workshops – telecommunications, pharmaceutical, IT
- Decision Risk Analysis workshops as an integral part of Strategic Planning Sessions
